The "Tsentaroevsky" agricultural plant for processing vegetables and fruits was built according to the project developed by the ITS company. The enterprise is equipped with advanced technological installations of the Italian company "FENKO" and IPI Srl (Italy).
Agrokombinat "Tsentaroevsky" specializes in the processing of vegetables and fruits, the production of aseptic semi-finished products and non-alcoholic beverages.
The plant project contains detailed processing of all blocks, which technically provides an opportunity for long-term successful operation of the designed object. The study of local features in the design process made it possible to complete the construction and adjustment of the enterprise in a short period of time (10 months). In general, the design capacity of the "Tsentaroevsky" agricultural plant is more than 350 tons of products per day.
According to the project, the plant's cannery is equipped with a sterilization and aseptic filling line. Production of aseptic semi-finished products creates conditions for smoothing seasonality, i.e. continuous work throughout the year.
The complex of workshops for processing vegetables and fruits of the "Tsentaroevsky" agricultural plant in Gudermes provides for the production (t/h):
concentrated clarified apple juice - 5.0;
compotes - 1.5;
marinades - 1.5;
jams, jams, jams - 2.0,
and production of canned tomatoes in the volume of 350 t/day.
Non-alcoholic beverage shop with a capacity of 6,000 bottles/hour. can make: tarragon, lemonade, cola, iced tea, juice drinks, drinking spring water.
A significant advantage of this plant is that the technological equipment is fully automated and made according to modern international requirements for the technology and quality of the manufactured products.
The cannery has installed lines that allow the production of: tomato paste, concentrated juices, fruit purees, natural and reconstituted juices, jams, jams, marmalades, marinades in the assortment (more than 20 items), vegetable stew, tomato sauces in the assortment.
The following lines are installed at the agricultural combine for the production of this assortment:
Tomato paste production line. Capacity 350 t/day
The line for the production of concentrated clarified apple juice. Capacity 10 t/day
Apple puree line. Capacity 15 t/day
Line of marinades and compotes. Capacity 10,000 cans/shift
